a good hotel experience
convenient shop adequate space
the room included a kitchenette complete with a two ring cooker , a fridge , and a kettle , ideal for preparing simple meals. the bathroom provided adequate space , i found plenty of storage throughout the room which helped keep everything organized. i appreciated the shop conveniently located right outside the hotel.
i found that the room wasn't as clean as i would have preferred, this was a bit disappointing. to operate the air conditioning, i needed to stand on the bed to insert a key , this felt rather inconvenient. the noise levels were quite high, with sounds easily audible from neighboring rooms.

the bar offered well chilled bottled beer , it was a refreshing option after a day in the sun. while they didn't have draught beer , the selection was still adequate. food was available and considered fine.

the staff displayed friendliness and readiness to assist with any requests. the cleaning staff maintained the rooms daily with fresh sheets and towels. the reception staff exhibited helpfulness and good manners in all interactions.

high standard helpful staff
I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness. The cleaning team maintained a high standard. i also found the reception staff helpful. They assisted with various requests, including information about local transport. the staff sorted out a tv for us as well. the pool was great. I swam there most mornings because it opened early.
The shower water drenched the entire bathroom floor. This made the bathroom quite slippery.

I appreciated the convenient location near the city center. It was a short walk. The room was very clean. The pool area was nice. I enjoyed spending time there.
